The new S-Class comes with a completely new control and display system. E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL
The optional electrohydraulic suspension provides even more ride comfort and agility and brand new functions. It is a fully active suspension that is combined with the AIRMATIC air suspension. It enables individual regulation of spring and shock-absorber forces on each wheel. By doing so, the electrohydraulic suspension counteracts not only the rolling motion, but also pitching and up-and-down motion. In combination with the optical road surface sensing (Road Surface Scan) function and the curve inclination function (CURVE), electrohydraulic suspension also offers an enhanced level of comfort.
