An opportunity has arisen within our contact centre for a Full Time Customer Support Advisor to handle Service and MOT Bookings from our customers.
We are looking for a target driven, sales focused individual who thrives on selling and are motivated by achieving and exceeding agreed targets. You will need to be a team player with an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills. A professional attitude must be matched with your ability to build customer relationships to increase our on-going sales and promote an outstanding customer experience.
Working 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will be receiving incoming calls on behalf of the Service Departments within the Group to maximise MOT and service bookings.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous call centre/sales/aftersales experience and be computer literate. Previous experience of Point of Sale and Kerridge workshop loading would be advantageous although training will be provided.
