An opportunity has opened up to employ a Group Digital Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for managing the Sales Support Team (BDC) and ensuring that the reputation of our prestigious brands are always maintained throughout the customer journey.
This role is key, ensuring that your team strive to deliver quality leads across to the Sales Managers whilst delivering our ‘For You, For Life’ customer values, Lookers’ NICER values.
You will be required to follow manufacturer standards and continually improve the performance of a sales team by making sure they understand the core values and ambitions of the brand and that they are able to deliver this message to customers. You will be working closely with the Sales Managers & Quality of Sale team to deliver quality leads.
You will also be responsible for managing multiple revenue streams, including those sourced from third party suppliers and internal activity.
This is a varied role that requires a high level of customer focus, organisational excellence and a passion for achieving high standards in sales and customer experience.
With new innovation soon to be launched and a strong bank of digital resources on hand to lend support and guidance, the role of Digital Sales Team Leader within Lookers is one with much potential and one that we see as critical to the future of the business.
The normal working hours for this role will be 40 hours per week. You may be required to exceed these from time to time to meet the needs and requirements of the business
