An opportunity has opened up to employ a Group Digital Sales Team within CRM at Mercedes-Benz of Worcester.
This role involves handling a range of sales enquiries, while ensuring that brand integrity is maintained at all times. It is important that the customer’s expectations are met every time and that the requirements of the business are achieved through prospect capture, repeat business and, ultimately, increased retailer visits.
You will be required to present a warm, friendly and inspiring introduction to the business for new customers and a reassuring welcome back to existing ones, while promoting the benefits of vehicle ownership.
You will also become a product expert in the field of motor vehicles and act as a bridge between the customer and their first visit to one of our dealerships.
You will need to provide comprehensive answers to sometimes complex technical questions to give our customers the confidence they need to take the next step on their buying journey and underline the exceptional service that they will continue to receive from us.
The normal working hours for this role will be 40 hours spanning over a 5 day week. This will be on a rota basis and will include weekend work.
