An opportunity now exists for an experienced, highly motivated and customer orientated Service Team Manager to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of a small Workshop Team to meet and exceed customer expectations and maximise workshop profitability.
Dealing on a day-to-day basis with customers and liaising effectively with the Customer Service Controller and Parts Department if you can answer “yes” to all of the following questions then you should be talking to us:
·Are you totally customer focussed?
·Are you team player who is well organised and process orientated?
·Are you able to use workshop loading to achieve the highest level of efficiency?
·Are you able to communicate with Technicians on a technical basis and relay this to customers in understandable terms?
·Can you demonstrate your selling abilities to promote Service Plans, Accessories, Tyres and additional work required?
·Are you computer literate with knowledge of kerridge, DMS or similar?
·Can you demonstrate your previous experience within a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor industry?
